Fake tyrant server

Description

In order to easily test the Tyrant interface, I need to have a fake tyrant server which can handle all commands of the protocol.

This fake has to be the simplest possible, tests will use the tyrant API to ensure that commands are performed. (e.g: size after a put must be old_size +1).
